The Harmelings

Now that we are 2 weeks removed, I have recovered enough from the 10-day immersive, in-law experience to share it. But really, it was a great time. We went to the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont, July 15-21, 2006. The weather was perfect for all the activites (biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking — think summer camp) and I am certain all had a good time. Jack really enjoyed all of attention from such an adoring crowd. Being the youngest of the group we could actually see him growing and learning every day. His learned to speak clearer, and the power of making people laugh, his confidence grew in the pool watching the bigger kids swim.
