great web tool

I was at a beauty supply store this weekend and was surprise by how many different products Oil of Olay makes, many with overlapping descriptions and benefits, and I was wondering how one should know which is the right product(s) for them. So I made a mental note to remember to look at their site. It took way too much digging but I found this: http://www.olayforyou.com/index.jsp
Its does a great job interviewing the customer, repeating back the answers, and then providing what feels like a custom list of recommended products. Then it goes the extra steps of telling why they are good for you (based on your original answers.) The design was really simple – which was important – due to the slightly long process. They were smart by including the ability to print your list, find out where to buy them, plus the viral send to friend options. I think they only thing missing was an incentive to go buy – coupons!! And considering my list added up to about $110 a coupon would have been the extra incentive I needed.
Anyway – thought it was worth sharing.
