Jack: Mommy, why are you putting a bandaid on?

Me: Cause I have an ouwie

Jack: (Backing up at the horror of it all) What happened?

Me: I wore some sassy shoes and they rubbed a blister on to my foot, now I am fixing it

Jack: Why did you wear sassy shoes?

Me: Cause they were cute and girly and fun . It isnt easy being a girl, you know.

Jack: Well, mommy, its pretty easy being a boy.
