The Harmelings

Here we are – our first RV outing – at camp del mar, on camp pendelton! You have to have a military hook up (retired counts) to access this amazing beach campground. Full hook-ups, and one of the best beaches I have ever seen. Its so wide and beautiful. Jack was pretty thrilled when the tanks rolled by one afternoon, and the soldiers ran by in uniform daily. DJ said the surf was great if the wind wasnt on it.

My jloop pal, Daniel, said you have to call it a rig or the other campers will know you are clueless. I am pretty sure just trying to park and set up, we proved how clueless we were.
